Any advice and counsel on breaking into the field of mediation? Or info about any fields where people regularly and exclusively use mediation/facilitation/coaching skills? |

Dear X:
There are lots of training programs and mediation services. I would start there for info (do a web search). Fields where you use those skills? Tons of them! Advice: specialize in what you know (adding mediation skills onto that) to establish a niche.
