I've not used them personally but they charge $12-$15K UPFRONT. I have talked w/MS - they do a huge mailing ($4,000 letters) to companies but w/o personal referrals. They tell you NOT to follow up (you don't know who the letters go to) - they say the companies will call you. Goes against everything I've learned in job search. All my research indicates this type of service is NOT worth it, altho it is tempting but it's a chunk of cash.
