I was hired in the begining of the year at one of the big 5 (4) firms and unfortunately I got put in to a dept that is very specialized and I'm not getting the tax experience that I'm looking for. Is it too soon for me to start looking for another job or should I tough it out and wait until next year so that I have this firm on my resume for a year?
Any thoughts, suggestions? I have already thought about rotations and/or transfers and it's not feasable at the moment.
