I am currently a broker at a large financial services firm looking to make a change. I would like to switch careers, remaining in finance, but something more stable with a more consistent pay structure. I was thinking about VC as a possibilty, but would be curious as to what people have seen for brokers making transitions within finance. I have a CPA with 3 years experience in financial services and 3 years public accounting experience.
