I, like numerous other lawyers, am actively looking to get out of law and into more of a business position. I met with a career counselor that seems good but as he is fairly expensive I want some references. Has anyone heard anything, either good or bad, about Bruce Blackwell of Career Strategies International, Inc. in White Plains, New York. They claim to speacialize in career advice to lawyers. Any info is appreciated. |

Dear rugby:
Ask THEM for refs! Get at least 10 names of happy career changers who used to be lawyers and call them before you spend the big bucks. Ask just what these folks did for them & was it worth it?
