Hi,
I am a Mechanical Er. and have been working in a flourmill for the past 3 years as a miller. I just hate this job because: (1)I see no long term opportunity to strick it big and (2)I just hate my working environment.
I am more interested in Industrial Psychology/Project Management/Consulting etc. where I can have the opportunity of taking up a new challenge once in a while. I love meeting people. How can I change over from Flour milling to my desired fields? How do I go about acquiring the tools needed for the change over? I am tied up due to certain responsibilities and so cant spend big for the time being. Please advice.
