Which Island? On Oahu, shopping options are limited, but bearable. Once you're off Oahu, shopping options are non-existant, and the only way to get to Oahu is to fly. It's not quite so perfect as it seems. |

Lived there for four and a half years. While it is really beautiful and pleasant, it is very, very different than mainland living. The previous post about the limited shopping applies to other parts of life as well.
