Unlike many, I have a great working relationship at my current firm...the environment is laid back, work is more-or-less rewarding, and my managers are very considerate. However, i may be offered a new position at another firm soon, and I would like to switch due to pure career development reasons. If i do get the offer, are there any graceful strategies in leaving my current employer and keeping good relations with my co-workers? |

If you decide to leave, tell your employer how much you've enjoyed working there and that you hate to go, but this new job will be a challenge, something new, etc. Tell your co-workers how much you'll miss them & try to keep in touch with those folks after you move. Good luck!
