Unlike many, I have a great working relationship at my current firm...the environment is laid back, work is more-or-less rewarding, and my managers are very considerate. However, i may be offered a new position at another firm soon, and I would like to switch due to pure career development reasons. If i do get the offer, are there any graceful strategies in leaving my current employer and keeping good relations with my co-workers?
