Leave now and leave it OFF your resume.
I have been at my position for 10 months and am counting down for the 1 year mark. Beware of messing up your resume if you are reading these postings and are more than say 2 months in a job.
Coping strategy- keep to yourself, head down and know you are headed out the door. I never in my life worked for a more unfriendly company and sensed it from the 1st week- but just like a bad marriage- it ain't gonna get better. I cope by saying over and over 'this pays the bills', keep my door shut (along with everyone else-hint that is a BAD sign if you see alot of it), force a smile and talk to NO-ONE about your plans. Moreover, check out the jobs on vault.com. I found 2 EXCELLENT ones and have applied. Go for quality when you look for a job. My company was going under and I was desperate- I didn't think before I jumped and jumped into a horrible mess. BUT- it pays the bills and I look happily to getting out of here.
Good luck to all. Seek happiness in a job-don't work for an industry that you can't care about. NEVER again for me.
