I recommend keeping your job while still looking for a job. most experts that I have read say it is easier to find a job when you already have a job. may be hard to do interviews/ search out companies when you are working 60 hrs/wk but is worth it in my opinion.

I'm right there with the original poster. I have three years of experience in a job I DETEST. I'm desperate for a new job and I know that isn't helping my chances. My health is affected and my happiness too.
I've considered temping while I look for another job.
What do you all think of that idea? Still dumb? I just think that life's too short to be miserable.
