i just started a new job recently. i do not like it nor do i particularly like the people i'm working with. i am thinking about quitting after less than a month. would it affect my getting hired if i quit a job so soon? what should i do? any advice would be greatly appreciated! |

If you really don't need it and think you can find something in a down job market, get out now.
If you leave right away, you don't need to put it on your resume. If you work six months longer and then leave (because you can't stand it), you will have to put it on your resume and explain it away at the next interview.
Liking the people you work with is 95% of any job.
