i have over 5 years of consulting experience, but am looking for a break into inv banking.
i saw an ad in the paper today that i'd like to apply for, but wonder if the captioned position (research assistant) is too junior?
the ad promises "..a potential for a full analyst position in a year" - is it worth it? i'd really appreciate any suggestions.
