Hi, I'm writing this question on behalf of my father. He is 55 years old and has experience in the pediatrics/infectious diseases field. However, he has been out of work and out of touch with the medical community for over 7 years. Although he is a foreign graduate and doesnt have a US license yet, he has 14+ years experience in the US, including working for Cornell Hospital on Upper East Side of NYC. What sort of career tracks can he get into?
