Has anyone ever used a headhunter to find a position? How was your experience? Can you recommend any good headhunters in either the Philadelphia or DC areas? |

I've tried headhunters and they are usually too busy for you. If they don't have an immediate position available they tend to forget you.
Follow-up calls usually gain you nothing.
If you are lucky enough to contact them at the right time they are eager to help you. Remember however, you still have to sell yourself to the prospective employer. Don't expect the head hunter to do the work for you.
