I am currently interviewing subjects for Michael Russer??s forthcoming book. As an internationally renowned speaker, author and columnist, Mr. Russer is a champion of the small to medium sized business community. He is known as the "father of Virtual Outsourcing" for the real estate industry. He has also authored many articles and a ground breaking Intel Corp. White Paper espousing the use of remote (i.e. "virtual") support for small and independent business people.
He has hired me to help identify real-world case stories that best illustrate the concepts for his ground breaking new book on Virtual Outsourcing for small to mid-sized businesses to be published Spring 2007. In this book, Mr. Russer will celebrate the tenacity of small to medium sized businesses - from their horror stories to their inspirational successes. He will also provide tactical advice on how to excel in a competitive marketplace using the innovative and nearly limitless supply of virtual human resources available today.
We are seeking horror stories about on-site employees and meetings. We also want to hear about the unique ways small to mid-sized businesses have used virtual consultants to grow their business, or have used virtual offices and tools to give themselves a greater presence.
