I've always been interested in finance, i-banking, econ major in college, couldn't land a job, panicked, went to law school as alternative option. Anyway, I'm kind of anxious about asking my supervising partners for recommendations to go back to business school because it would seem like I'm not interested in my job and don't want to be a lawyer. I'm wondering if anyone can share their experiences if they've been through this same process or have any thoughts in general.
I'll probably apply to Wharton, Columbia, Chicago, MIT, and NYU. Anyone know which of those schools have very few lawyer-background students and would be more likely to give me a boost for adding diversity? Thanks
