I decided to leave an elite medical school recently to pursue a new career, potentially in the finance industry. i graduated from an elite liberal arts college in '03, did scientific research before attending medical school this past fall. after one semester i decided i wanted something else. with these experiences, what are my chances of getting an entry-level analyst or research position in investment management etc...? are there certain areas of finance i should target instead of investment management? certain firms/banks? any other advice?
