I'm currently working in a software company as software engineer. But i feel a bit undervalued with the benefits and compensation packages that the company offers to me.
Thus i want to find a higher-pay job. But if i successfully get interviews from other companies, they're normally in the office hours. How can i approach my boss so that i can go for the interviews and yet my boss is not unhappy with me?
