How do I find the right headhunter |

I spent the last 18 years as a professional stock options trader on the American Stock Exchange. When the on-floor market dried up in 2003 I left, and am now looking to reenter the financial world at a firm(trading desk/risk management). I've never dealt with a headhunter before. Can anyone give me some direction?
