I just finished an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems and have about 2.5 years experience in investment banking research analysis and recently 2 years in market/marketing analysis. I'm wondering if the CMA/CFM will help me enter the financial analyst profession, since I did not take a concentration in Finance, but I'm very knowledgeable about economics/accounting/finance, in general. Market Analysts face limited career opportunities and salary potential. Therefore, I want to broaden my appeal to employers. Note: I'm also 44 years old and female. |
