Could be as bad as 1/15. I've seen a few where 3 or 4 got offers, but that's not common at all. If all the candidates were up for a BA role, 1 or 2 people each power day might be a decent rule of thumb. I've seen a few "shutouts", too.
Some roles are more flexible with either the quant or behavioral results. Also, we might invite someone back for an additional interview if it's borderline - positions have been difficult to fill lately, and there's no shortage of applicants.
IMPORTANT:
For power day attendees, just remember that the other folks around you are not your competition in the traditional sense. If you do well on the interviews, you'll be eligible for offers. It just happens that not many candidates clear them. So it doesn't really matter if your power day has 10 or 20 people - we don't have quotas.
