Hi c1analyst,
I passed the math test (the 30 questions 35 minutes stuff). Good to know I made the first cut. I just wasn't sure how many people they weed out using the online behavioral-type questions-- you answered that for me. Can I let the recruiter know if I have location preferences, or is that something they determine on the availability of positions? Also, when is a good time to email the recruiter and ask my score on the math test?
What role are you working in at C1? McLean or Richmond?
Thanks for your help! |

As far as your math test score, that's not supposed to be shared with you. Other than pass vs. fail, your performance on it doesn't affect hiring any further, to my knowledge.
For location, you won't have a choice of just any C1 campus. It depends largely on the open requisitions at the time. Generally for BA roles you will have a McLean or Richmond choice; many teams have members in both locations. There is currently no pay differential for living in DC. For DA roles - possibly one or two additional locations at any given time (chronically shortstaffed for DAs). I'm Richmond-based myself - it still offers me the largest selection of new opportunities without the prospect of needing to move ;)
If you are interested in other locations, there have been more Dallas (auto finance) requisitions popping up, and occasionally roles in Boston (strategy) as well.
You shouldn't take having those choices as a given, though.
