In Reply To: Hi hokiegrl Was the on-campus test that you passed the math test or an actual first interview? Just asking, I was not a campus recruit and have not represented C1 in our recruiting activities prior to Power Day. We weed out a *LOT* of people on the math test. Other than that, the online behavioral-type questions generally weed out very few. Power day would be the step after this process - you'd be flown down to Richmond (usually) or McLean for some case and behavioral interviews before the final decision, which is reached as early as the same day. Here we again weed out LOTS of folks. You can search some of the recent postings for detailed accounts of the Power Day experience - the C1 career website is now actually quite good at preparing you for this.
Message: Hi c1analyst, I passed the math test (the 30 questions 35 minutes stuff). Good to know I made the first cut. I just wasn't sure how many people they weed out using the online behavioral-type questions-- you answered that for me. Can I let the recruiter know if I have location preferences, or is that something they determine on the availability of positions? Also, when is a good time to email the recruiter and ask my score on the math test? What role are you working in at C1? McLean or Richmond? Thanks for your help!
