Hi everyone,
I got an email this afternoon that I passed the Capital One test I took on campus a few days ago. I have received an email about completing an online assessment (sort of like an online behavioral interview I guess). I was wondering what the next step would be once I complete this assessment. Also, what is the approximate % of people that pass the first test?
I am applying for an entry-level Analyst position.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks. |

Hi hokiegrl
Was the on-campus test that you passed the math test or an actual first interview? Just asking, I was not a campus recruit and have not represented C1 in our recruiting activities prior to Power Day.
We weed out a *LOT* of people on the math test. Other than that, the online behavioral-type questions generally weed out very few.
Power day would be the step after this process - you'd be flown down to Richmond (usually) or McLean for some case and behavioral interviews before the final decision, which is reached as early as the same day. Here we again weed out LOTS of folks.
You can search some of the recent postings for detailed accounts of the Power Day experience - the C1 career website is now actually quite good at preparing you for this.
