Hi guys,
I might be taking a job outside of Capital One and was wondering if anyone knew what the process was for paying back the signing bonus i got (hasn't been a year yet). Thanks for the help |

i'm pretty sure you pay back a pro-rated amount (i.e. if you worked 9 months, you would have to pay back 25% of your bonus). I'm not sure if you would have to pay back the grossed up amount or the post-tax amount though.
