I just posted my resume online and I am serious about a career in BA. CapOne was suggested by a frd of mine.
When can I expect to be called by a recruiter after posting my resume.(ofcourse when they like my profile).
Is it advisable to be a bit aggressive and make the first move myself.
Advice, comments will be greatly appreciated.
Please help a newbie
