Susu is partly right.
However, on top of the regular process (cases + BI's which don't change by role) there will be an interactive stats discussion. I'm not a statistician but here is my understanding of the process:
- 1 on 1 with a senior statistician
- will discuss a statistical model and some of the measures of fit and the interpretation of these measures (degrees of freedom, p-score, r-squared, confidence interval, etc)
- depending on the level it may get a little more complex but i can only guess what taht would be
- it should last 30-45 minutes
- if you're interviewing for a senior role it will be a lot more involved, you may meet wiht the chief statistician who's a very sharp guy
- know your stuff, don't BS with these guys and try and balance theoretical accuracy with clear communication - while this audience is very technical a lot of your audience will not have this backgroudn so it is an asset to be able to explain complex ideas in plain english
