Recently I completely my powerday for a BA position in C1. My Behav. Interviews went well and my cases went well too. I got stuck at few places during both the cases but I surely got the right answer in the end with a little help from the interviewer.
Anyway it so happens that I wasn't given an offer in the end. 70% of the other interviewees I met all had MBAs and I don't. Is it possible that I was in a group of extra qualified people on my powerday and unlucky about that? I know some of my friends with Engg backgrounds who got in C1, not having done the cases or BI's all that well. So maybe they were lucky that their group similar ppl with similar Engg background or their interviewers were good.
Anyway I just wanted to gather some opinion on this as I was utterly dejected that I didn't get an offer even though I did well. My recruiter also advised me to reapply 2nd time. How many ppl do that and is it a good idea???
For the time being I think its me and my jack daniels for a while !!
