there are 100 or so quesitons -- each with for choices. of the 4 choices, you have to choose two answers -- one that most represents you, and one the least represents you.
keep in mind that falsifying your answers will not necessarily get you a job. instead, they may place you in a department based on your answers -- which if they are falsified, then you will be miserable. it is best to be honest.
admittedly, these questions can be nerve wracking.
here is an example:
