I'm not defending recruiters by any means - I feel they should keep candidates adequately and frequently informed - but the process after passing interviews can take several weeks if no manager is urgently looking for T6 BAs, or if they have very specific requirements which you may or may not match. The recruiter probably isn't getting news on a daily basis about one particular candidate.
If you have other offers on the table, do mention this - C1 is sympathetic to "exploding offers", and your recruiter may be able to make a case to speed up your process (don't abuse this possibility!). T6s are not easy to come by from external hiring, so I'm sure your profile would've garnered interest. However, you'll have to sit tight until a manager bites :( |

What you say makes sense. I will just wait for C1 to get back to me, while I work with other credit card companies on possible offers.
