I am interviewing with Cap One on Jan 26th for a senior BA position (though I have not been assured a T6 position). This board has been tremendously helpful in my preparation.
I would like to know a little more about the behavioral interviews. Can anyone please shed some light on how much of the interview is focused on the candidate's managerial skills and how much on the analytical skills, while interviewing for a T6 position?
