It is a pretty standard offer - the bonus is more than enough to cover moving expenses. You can try and negotiate the bonus but they don't always move it. The base very very rarely moves.

Though it is a bit of a downer given that my other offers include a sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement, as well as higher pay overall...
