I am sure you know best! I have another question can a senior PM make it to a business manager or only senior analysts?
Since like you said consideration is also given to behavioural interviews?

It would be an unusual job switch to go from PM to business manager and you would have to really go outside of your normal duties to make the case to switch to business manager. Or move over and become a business manager. It can and has been done but it is definitely not the most direct route.
