I differ a little for Sr. Analysts. I think that is one of the harder roles to get within the company - so they will be careful about who they hire. With a base analyst role you can get by based on the strength of your interviews alone. For a senior analyst role they are looking for meaty behavioral examples showing that you have real management capabilities. This will show in your past experience as well.
So overall:
Experience: Needs to be analytical with managerial, or from a very similar culture or industry (top tier consulting or finance)
Behav: Good work place examples with proven experience managing and coaching professionals
Case: Same as analyst but maybe with a few more macro thoughts - whereas with an analyst use of frameworks or discussion of impact outside of key case (ops or finance impact) are bonuses - some examples of that would be helpful in a case.
Hope that helps - if 76 is what I think it is you've got the experience for the role. |

Thanks a lot, Tito. As usual, very helpful response from you.
And yes, 76 is my birth year. I have 7 years experience and will be graduating from my MBA this May.
thanks,
