I had few queries, if someone from Capital one could provide some insights it would be really helpful
1. I have been offered a role with small business group as senior business analyst. How is that group in terms of work and team.
2. Is capital one a good option for MBAs i have an mba from IIM-Calcutta, i read some posts on this message board against the topic so want to know more.
3. I have to decide between CapOne and BoA, which of these has better brand name and exit options, specifically what are the exit options after Cap One.
I would appreciate any help from the present and ex employees. |

Sorry to digress from the topic.
I am interviewing with Cap One on Jan 26th for a senior BA position (though I have not been assured a T6 position). This board has been tremendously helpful in my preparation.
Can anyone please shed some light on how much of the interview is focused on the candidate's managerial skills and how much on the analytical skills, while interviewing for a T6 position?
Sachin02, since you have gone through the interview very recently, it would be great if you can share your comments too.
