A general range would be from 50-60k, with most in the lower half of this range.
Keep in mind that it takes a fair bit of work experience to make a difference in your offer (2 yrs. work exp. with IB, consulting or competitors might, while the same amount of time elsewhere probably wouldn't). Masters degree candidate offers start only ~5k above undergrad salaries.
Relocation is sometimes offered, but don't be surprised or offended if you don't get it. Think of it as something you may be able to negotiate (base salary is more or less set in stone).
