Some extra questions to the above query.
1) Have people from C1 been selected into top B schools (like Harvard, Wharton etc)?
2) If so at after what level do they generally apply? (Analyst, Sr Analyst etc)
3) Do recommendors (Managers/Sr Managers in C1) give good recommendations to B school applicants?
I am from an Science background and currently have an offer from C1. My aim is to get into a good B school and am trying to figure out if my current career (which is an Engineering career) is better or a career with C1 is better from a B school application point. I know it sounds kinda lame but its been driving me crazy after getting all sort of conflicting opinions from other ppl. Gents plz enlighten me !
Thanks.

1) Yes. I've seen people leave C1 and go to Harvard, NYU, Duke, Columbia, and U of Chicago in the last two years.
2) Both. I've seen people come here as an analyst as their first "real" job, stay two years and go to Duke or Chicago. I've also seen people start as a tier 7, get promoted after a few years to tier 6 and then go to Harvard, NYU or Columbia.
3) They do if you work hard and do well when you're here. You get the recommendation that you deserve.
