Hi,
Does any current or old employee know how it works to pay back bonus if i leave company in less than a year? I am looking at offer letter again and feel a bit worried when i saw this. Also they said i would have to pay back the cost of getting h1b visa.
Anyone have experience with leaving in less than a year? All I know, the costs to pay back will be pro-rated.
