hmmmm...i'm not a current employee so i can't answer who's team this is under. but sounds like you both work at cap1 already...maybe if i provide some more info on the specifics of my post you might be able to assist. many thx already for your replies.
some backgrounhd: i'm strongly considering applying for either a "biz dev mngr" role, or an "AVP" role as these came to me through a recruiter referral. more specifically, the recruiter said it was a "biz dev mngr" but then a follow up call with cap1 suggested it was an avp role.
unfortunately i have no details re: either position, and hoping this message board might provide insights re: their respective tiers/specifics. titles can be misleading these days, just hoping for some substantive info behind the titles.
