Hi C1 analyst and getsanta.
Interesting question from getsanta. I have heard that it doesnt really matter for a Biz school admissions team if the applicant is from an engineering or from a finance background. All they look for are GMAT and work experience. At least thats what I heard. Dont know how true it is. Would like to hear other people's comments on this topic.
Also when you say that the typical promotion period for an analyst is gonna change in C1, do you mean its gonna take more time to be promoted or lesser? And just to clarify the 4 years thing, are you saying that an analyst typically spends 4 years as an analyst in C1 ?? Wow.

hi, just bumping this thread cause i'm also curious as to what you meant when you said the typical promotion period for an analyst will change? does that mean it will now be longer or shorter than 4 years? and to approximately how long?
