Hi everyone. This group is really helpful in providing good information. Thanks upfront.
I have an interview with C1 for a BA. Just wondering what is the typical growth potential in 4-5 years for a BA. What is the typical promotion period ?
I have an engineering background and the reason I am trying to get into C1 is because I've heard that its easier to get into B schools from a finance/banking/consulting company than a hi tech company. Any views from all of you on this line of thought would be appreciated.
Thanks
Gs

Hi getsanta,
Typical promotion periods were just under 4 years for analysts - this will change due to the job restructuring that is about to go into effect.
As far as getting in to a good B-school, those with a couple of years of experience at C1 (and good GMATs, of course) have a good track record of acceptances.
