First question: Do they actually know the scores on teh quantitative test or is it just a pass/ test level?
I'm asking because I know I did very well on the quantitative test (finished all questions, accurately (I think) with time to spare) so I'm wondering if I'd get brownie points for something like that. Or would it not matter as long as you just cleared a cut-off? (e.g. if I got a 38 out of 40 and someone else got a 25 out of 40 and if 25 were the cut-off..would I be rated better than the candidate who got a 25 or would we both be considered equal?
Another question: I was trying for a certain role & they offered me another one. Unfortunately I had to turn it down because it wasn't the exact role I was looking for. Does it preclude me from applying for other roles within Capital One?
Thanks
