Is Cap Gemini a good place to work in the UK?
I keep on seeing much bad reviews on cap gemini - however i do feel that sometimes people who have a bad experience are likely to air their views that ppl who have had a good experience.

Yes, you're right people who are unhappy tend to want to write bad things about Cap. Capgemini is one of the best places I have worked (I have 10+ yrs experience) and I have worked for some household name companies in the IT sector previously. Great place to get training, very relaxed colleagues, good work pace. I have met a lot of colleagues who have moved on to offices in the USA, Canada, Australia for international experience. A lot of people leave Capgemini who then return.
Yes, Cap had problems in the past - every company has its times. People who stick around at Cap get rewarded for their loyalty. Senior people have typically been around a long time. Its down to how well you network.
