Hi all:
I am happy to bump into this board. I am new here.
I am having a phone interview with Tech. Strategy Group as a Staff Consultant. What kind of questions should I expect? Any other interview tips for this position would be greatly appreciated.

You should expect to be asked questions about computer kinds of stuff.
--cut and paste
--blue key functions
--alt-control-delete
--setting margins in Word
--opening Explorer in two separate windows so that you can hide the porn site you're really looking at
As for interview tips...read the back posts here there are many. My synopsis would be:
--be over-eager and naive
--gush over any IBM products you see on the way into the building
--stress your experiences as a nomad
--negotiate aggressively for as much as you can upfront...but be ready to cave at a moment's notice.
--be willing to work for many years with no psychic or financial rewards
--if at lunch, don't drop your tie in your soup (not a deal-breaker)
