In Reply To: If, by chance, anyone who actually worked at CG were to provide you with "typical post MBA consultant billing rates and variances" for CG in the UK (and ACN,IBM etc) how would that help you better understand CG's position in the market there? If CG's rates are the highest is the firm a market leader...or laggard? If the standard deviation of rate variances over "x" period is the smallest is CG the most profitable? If I give you the price of an Acura's hub cab, can you extrapolate Honda's US market share? You're either working on some business class project at Whamacog Community College and haven't gotten to the chapter on basic supply/demand inputs or you're just some wet behind the ears researcher fishing for inside info. It's pretty well known here that I don't hold CG in high regard, but I can't imagine even the farthest left hand side of CG's bell curve being dumb enough to give you accurate proprietary information.
