What line of service were you aligned with when you were RIF'd? Technology or Consulting?

I was in Consulting and wasn't RIF'd. And no, while I remain in management consulting, I'm not back with E&Y. Unlike PWC, who kept a toe hold in IT advisory/strategy services, E&Y is focussed on audit/tax, transaction advisory and accounting services.
