It is a shame that no one took the time to properly inform you of your merit increase. The management team does not understand that these small errors in judgement have a lasting affect. Management and HR need to do a much better job in this area - to much lip service and not enough true concern and action. It has been this way for several years now. Here's hoping for improvement in this area next year; provide feedback to your counselor. |

Granted, the bonus structure was complicated. However, there were webcasts on this, and each area office had a presentation on the bonus structure. I attended the one in Dallas.
