I was interviewed second round in the branch and I got two case studies from two (out of three) persons who interviewed me. Mostly, though, it will be behavioral to test your personality and fit.

I have just been hired as senior consultant by Capgemini in Europe, and had to do case studies in the first round of interviews. In the second round I did one smaller case and then more behavioral questions. I met with two of the VPs and one staff consultant in the second round interview.
It was a very open and frendly atmosphere - very competent people who made an excellent impression. But then again, this is Europe and in the US it might be different.
