Does getting a 4 in the year end rating means that u r being watched? How bad or serious is that?Is it like a probation?
I know u need to get better rating,next year
This is my first year (not a complete year tho) with cg and I'm in the staff level...
Any words on this would be really appreciated

Your future at CG is poor. It will take years and years to overcome that "4". You can't get a "1" or "2" next year because that would suggest the "4" was a mistake, and that will never happen. Time to leave.
